Colombian coffees, grown in the Medellin region of central Colombia, are very versatile. This bean is particularly well suited to being served as a single origin espresso. Colombian coffee typically produces a quite complex cup, hazelnut and caramel are the major flavours distinguishing this bean making it suitable as both a medium or dark roast.
