This bean is lively and bright, highly fragrant and deeply full of rich flavours. Sweet berry fruits combine with flowery flavours to create a floral jasmine aroma. A fine bean for either single origin or blended brewing. The flavour of the Limu is delicate. To many coffee lovers, Ethiopian coffees represent the epitome of coffee tasting.

Notes: The beans are selected from 36 grower co-operatives, each farmer cultivating coffee in what’s known locally as ‘coffee gardens.’ Each farmer grows roughly 1000 to 1800 trees per hectare, the plants are mostly fertilised with organic material and intercroped with various food crops.
