Cupping: Complex notes of currants, aniseed, chocolate
Rwandan Inzovu is produced by a group of 30 coffee members. They call themselves ‘Urengerekawa’ which means ‘Let us protect coffee’. The farms are located in the South-Western part of the country in Rusizi district, Nyakabuye sector, Nyabintarecell, Baranga village, approximately 1600 metres above sea level. This coffee is smooth, with well-balanced acidity, and sweet flavours of orange and vanilla.
