Special sorted washed robusta grown in southwestern Uganda. Kyagalanyi exporters have done wonders to boost an old and crumbling washing station to produce this coffee. After setting up a large and successful seedling nursery to help combat the destruction of the coffee leaf wilt disease and replant new robusta trees, the washing station was soon ready to go. This is a semi-washed robusta, and possibly one of the most delicate and clean. Ugandan robusta is definitely a beauty for a blend, with delicate and smooth, cocoa powder flavors.
